Calling All Volunteers! BASE needs your help. BASE is forming several committees that will begin meeting soon. All are welcome, no matter how “green” you are. You don’t need to own a business or even work for one to be a volunteer. Help us take BASE to the next level. Help us make a sustainable impact on our community. • Meetings and Events Volunteer>
  

  Develops and plans quarterly BASE education meetings, semi-annual BASE e-meetings, and participation in other non-BASE sponsored events like Green Fest and the Custer Street Fest. 

• Education Volunteer >
  

  Develops and integrates education initiatives including four to six annual programs like the BASE Exit Sign Initiative, the BASE Rinse & Save Eco-Blitz, and the BASE Bring Out Your Dead Electronic Waste Recycling Campaign. Also manages and directs content for the Informational Resources section of BASE website.

• Member Relations Volunteer >
  

  Develops and implements the member value proposition. Reaches out to current members and recruits new members. 

• Fundraising and Grants Volunteer >
  

  Develops and implements a fund raising plan and grants plan. 

• Volunteers and Interns Volunteer >
  

  Manages the BASE brand including website, e-media, and collateral. Provides graphic design and writing support to committees. Develops and updates overall marketing plan. 

• Communications and Marketing Volunteer >
  

  Works with all committees to manage sourcing needs. Ensures a steady supply of volunteers and interns. 

• General Services and Planning Volunteer >

  Analyzes BASE from top to bottom to ensure all goals are being accomplished. Reviews the strategic plan and looks for improvement opportunities.
